Aurealis Serviced Residence: Founder’s Story
The founder, Isabelle Loo, started the Company in 2008. She has a passion for travelling and enjoys staying in professionally-run bed and breakfast homes while on holidays. The hospitality of the hosts and the beautiful environment of the homes left her with beautiful memories. She wanted to create this experience too for our Singapore guests. She also had the opportunity to witness the Aurora Borealis in Tromso, Norway on two late nights. Struck by its soft and yet electrical beauty (she could literally see the electrical lines), the name Aurealis Serviced Residence was born.
The fine interplay between the wonders of science and the beauty of art mirrors the business of Aurealis hospitality, where delivering a delightful customer experience is a skilful balance between efficiency in operating structure and personal instincts that drive excellent service. Just like how the Aurora Borealis conjures awe-inspiring magic in the sky and our minds, Aurealis Serviced Residence strives to deliver exceptional hospitality experiences and high quality apartments that leave its guests impressed.
