I appreciated the small luxurious detail in the apartment such as specially designed paintings, down lighting, wooden flooring, Miele and Electrolux appliances. The kitchen and accessories were well equipped for me to cook full meals on the weekends. The balcony was an added bonus, with the view of MBS, the sea and nearby greenery. The Sail Condo building was modern with multiple tennis courts, swimming pools, and a compact gym that got the job done. I always felt safe.

The twice a week cleaning was spotless, with even laundry folded and put out to dry if we forgot in the morning rush. We are very pleased with how Aurealis treated us and how quickly they responded to a couple of problems that needed to be addressed. The view of the Marina Bay from our apartment is very nice and relaxing which is one of the reasons we chose it. Proximity to MRT stations and the malls and to the wide open spaces is another plus.Overall, our experience in living here has been very good.

Cannot say enough wonderful things about Aurealis/ Isabelle and team. They were so warm and welcoming to us as newcomers to Singapore – even bringing a personalized cake on my birthday! Yes,  we provide weekly housekeeping for 1-Bedroom apartments and twice weekly for 2- and 3-Bedroom apartments. During housekeeping service, we change all the towels, bedlinen clean your dishes and the whole apartment. Many guests say that their apartments look so clean after the housekeeping!
