One of the highlights was the location. Gardens by the Bay and all the attractions are a short walk from home. The Central area on the weekend was quiet and relaxing. Food options were convenient from restaurants such as Din Tai Fung, GYG and to nearby food courts. A restaurant serving Italian food downstairs was great too.

Centrally located and just a short distance to great attractions like MBS, Gardens by the bay, etc The team was also very connected and always offered great insights into activities around the city. Located in between 2 MRT stations- downtown and Raffles place. You could get to any where you wanted very easily if you did t want to walk. It also had a bus stop right in front which was incidentally named after the property- The Sail. There were several other bus stops around the corner. Some great food and rinks spots on the ground floor and also in the marina bay link mall which was connected.

For those seeking temporary service apartment accommodation (min 3-months), that is walking distance to the CBD, stunning views of the Marina Bay area, 10-min underground walk to Boat Quay and surrounding bars, 5-min underground walk to 4 MRT lines, then I would highly recommend Aurealis Service Apartments in the Sail complex. For those that love to run, there is a great 7.5km track that loops around Marina Bay Gardens and Marina Bay Reservoir. You can do several loops to get up to 18km, but it takes a bit of getting used to the high humidity and temperatures…I usually start at 6am….😳

Living at Aurealis at The Sail is truly special, with spectacular views right from your apartment windows on Marina Bay and Marina Bay Sands. The location is perfect. Covered and easy access to the CBD offices for work, Lau Pa Sat only a few minutes away with all the wonderful food selections that Singapore has to offer. Gardens by the Bay only a ten minute walk away with plenty of play grounds for the kids and perfect for your morning or evening runs. Direct access from the building to several MRT lines and lots of bus routes around the building making it easy to explore Singapore. All the good places are less than 30 minutes away.

Ideally situated for an effortless commute to work. Marina Bay Sands is just a short walk away, and having a hawker centre right across the road means easy access to delicious local food. Excellent public transport options, with MRT stations and bus stops nearby. A fantastic running route starts right from the apartment, excellent for runners. The well-paved paths and scenic views add to the experience.

The apartment is situated in an excellent location, close to many amenities and points of interest. We had enjoyed many excursions that are within walking distance from the apartment. We are very pleased with how Aurealis treated us and how quickly they responded to a couple of problems that needed to be addressed. The view of the Marina Bay from our apartment is very nice and relaxing which is one of the reasons we chose it. Proximity to MRT stations and the malls and to the wide open spaces is another plus.Overall, our experience in living here has been very good.

We really enjoyed the location of the Aurealis at The Sail. It is located between two MRT stations (Raffles Place and Downtown), so you can get anywhere easily and fast. You can see Marina Bay Sands from the complex right when you step out of it - unbeatable view! There is a supermarket, 7-eleven, restaurants, cafes, drugstores, doctors and a kindergarten right in the basement.

The building is a walking distance to the train station (underground station to the North-South Line; Downtown Line and East-West Line. You don't have to walk above ground to take the train, convenient especially when it is raining. There are a number of restaurants and bars, a grocery store, Watson, dentist, walk-in clinic, shoe repair shop, laundry/dry cleaning, Starbucks, cafes, etc. It is also close to Marina Band Sands and Gardens by the Bay. There are many things to explore in this area.
