Whenever we needed help with something, they would respond very quickly and helpfully, and they were especially helpful in making it comfortable for our 10-month-old child (such as by scheduling housekeeping around his nap times).

The housekeeping staff is wonderful, and everything is always clean and neat. They make sure I always have clean sheets and fresh towels. The reception staff and security guards have also been great, and always greet me with a smile. Whenever I have had a question, they have responded right away, and when I needed some more things for the kitchen, it was there after a couple of hours. They also go the extra mile by sending out information about public holidays and special events, and they even gave me some Christmas decorations and a birthday cake! I will really miss this place and everyone who works here!

My stay at The Sail with Aurealis was perfect. What stands out most is the service from the management team (shout out to the amazing Isabelle!), including welcome, orientation, or help with anything needed. Any question I had was answered within minutes if not truly seconds, and the times I needed something like a kitchen scale or a different pillow, they were delivered to my apartment within the same hour. Cannot recommend the stay more.

What a fantastic location - so convenient - if you work in the CBD, it’s well worth staying here. I loved my short commute and being just a short walk to so many bars and restaurants. I’ve made good use of the on site gym too. Finally, what great service - literally anything you need is no bother - extra pillows, making up a spare bed, getting a Nespresso machine.

I stayed for 3 months, late July to October this year and could not have been happier with the apartment. Really well laid out with good furniture and well equipped kitchen. The Aurealis at The Sail has an excellent gym, swimming pools and tennis courts. Plenty of restaurants and bars within a couple of minutes walk and great access to 2 MRT lines. I hope to be back next year. Many thanks to all the team from Aurealis for making my stay perfect.

I've stayed with them for a year now. Service is excellent. They are on top of every detail and a delight to work with. They are very responsive, professional and welcoming. Housekeeping is excellent too. If there is any issue, they are quick to respond. Location is excellent, both near the financial district and Chinatown/Amoy street restaurants. Units themselves have nice views and are fine and clean. Building has nice amenities.

The ladies who clean my apartment once a week does a good job. My apartment also comes with its own cleaning supplies: a vacuum cleaner and mop. Good to know that it is not shared with other apartments. Dish washing soap, hand soap, tissues, toilet paper are replenished weekly. They also do a good job cleaning the inside of the washing machine. They never miss a spot!

What a fantastic location - so convenient - if you work in the CBD, it’s well worth staying here. I loved my short commute and being just a short walk to so many bars and restaurants. I’ve made good use of the on site gym too. Finally, what great service - literally anything you need is no bother - extra pillows, making up a spare bed, getting a Nespresso machine.

I stayed for 3 months, late July to October this year and could not have been happier with the apartment. Really well laid out with good furniture and well equipped kitchen. The Aurealis at The Sail has an excellent gym, swimming pools and tennis courts. Plenty of restaurants and bars within a couple of minutes walk and great access to 2 MRT lines. I hope to be back next year. Many thanks to all the team from Aurealis for making my stay perfect.
