Our minimum stay is 3 months.

All our Suites come with a fully equipped kitchen with high quality crockery and cutlery. In addition, you will enjoy a

● electric 4-burner cooking hob and fume hood

● convection and microwave oven

● toaster, electric kettle and rice cooker

All our Suites come with a 2-in-1 washing machine and dryer. If you prefer to air dry your clothes, we also offer clothes liners and pegs in our Suites. We have a small balcony where you can air-dry your clothes too.

We provide professional dry-cleaning and clothes pressing services at a small cost.

Each Suite has a dedicated large work desk with lamp, international adaptors, HP laser printer, unlimited high speed 1Gbps high speed wireless internet access and telephone with free local calls.

Our WIFI is a high-speed 1Gbps. You will enjoy unlimited wireless access at no added cost.

Our residence is integrated with a large shopping mall in the basement with a supermarket, restaurants, bakeries, pharmacy, hair salons, salad bars and clinics.

A local food court paradise, Lau Pa Sat, is open round the clock. It has more than 100 food local and international food stalls is just a 5 minutes’ walk away. The famous satay club is located there. Yummy!

We are located directly above the Downtown MRT Train station (blue line) and are a 10-minute walk to the Raffles Place MRT Train Station (green and red lines). The access are fully-sheltered and air-conditioned. Shenton Way MRT station (brown line) is right behind us, which is accessible fully sheltered. 

We have a wide range of facilities, from 25-metre long swimming pools to tennis courts to bay-fronting gyms. We also have a hot water jacuzzi, steam rooms, BBQ pits, karaoke room, reading room, function room and a shopping mall integrated with Raffles Place and Downtown MRT stations in our basement. There is a supermarket in the mall.

Our windows can be opened for natural ventilation. 

Our air-conditioning coils can be individually controlled, so that you can control the room temperature that you desire. 

We provide professional housekeeping once weekly for our 1-Bedroom Suites and twice weekly for our 2-Bedroom and 3-Bedroom Suites. We will clean the whole apartment, change the bedlinen, towels, bathrobe and wash your dishes. Guests have commented how clean our apartments are after housekeeping!

We are pleased to provide you with a waiver of the security deposit. We bill you before each monthly cycle starts.

Cancellation of stay is not allowed. Pre-termination may be allowed with at least 1 month's written notice, subject to a minimum stay of 3 months.

1-Bedroom Suite accommodates up to 2 people and 1 child under 6 years old

2-Bedroom Suite accommodates up to 4 people and 1 child under 6 years old

3-Bedroom Suite accommodates up to 6 people and 1 child under 6 years old

Our parking garage is available 24/7 and is secured and covered. It costs only SGD150 per calendar month for the first car. We will need some car documents to process the parking facility so please let us know in advance if you need the garage. 

We have bicycle racks in our sheltered car parks to store your bicycles for free.

We offer a rollaway bed at just SGD 40 a night or SGD 400 a month. It includes the pillow, bed linen and an extra towel which will be changed weekly.We also provide baby cot, high chair and bathtub for families travelling with infants free of charge. Simply let us know in advance and we will set them up in your Suite!

We understand that your pet is your family member and we welcome it too! The pet levy is SGD 300 per month.

You may smoke in the small open air balcony in the Suite or at designated smoking areas on the ground floor. Please note that vaping is illegal in Singapore.

Our office hours are 8am to 7pm, Mondays to Fridays, but we are accessible round the clock. We are well-known to be highly responsive. Read our Google reviews!
